Board of Directors

Tim Nealt

TW Nealt & Associates, LLC, President

“Access to good education and opportunities should not be based on a zip code. All children should be given the tools necessary to prepare them to succeed in high school. C24 allows kids to develop their minds and spirit in a safe, nurturing environment while also working with unemployed, young adults in finding employment. It is a privilege and a blessing to have the opportunity to help support this type of organization.”

Tim serves as Vice President Emeritus for Finkl Steel where he worked for 32 years. The last 18 years of that tenure were as Vice President of Sales where he led a multi-national sales team that sold and distributed products around the globe. He served on the company’s board of directors and was a former board member of the Forging Industry Association. He lives in Glenview, IL with his wife and three children.
